Seeking part-time Janitorial Supervisor for evening shifts starting at $15 per hour.

Qualifications as follows:

1. High school Diploma or GED certification

2. Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work cordially with and to supervise personnel.

3. Good verbal and written communication skills.

4. Must have valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation to all work sites.

5. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:

1. Sits, stands, bends, lifts and more intermittently during working hours.

2. Must be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 25 pounds.

3. Interacts with personnel, customers, et. Under all conditions and circumstances.

4. Subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, hazardous chemicals, etc.

5. Some travel is required.

Job Position Description:

The primary responsibilities of this position during peak periods are to backfill for our cleaners. During off peak periods, the supervisor responsibilities include training new team members and following up with them, conducting quality safety inspections, etc. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.
