    Job Title: Janitorial Worker

    Location: Beaumont, Texas

    Job Type: Part-time, Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day

    Hourly Rate: $10 per hour

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented janitorial worker to join our team. As a janitorial worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including offices, break rooms, and restrooms
    • Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
    • Restock toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed
    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and tidy environment
    • Clean and dust surfaces, including desks, chairs, and other equipment
    • Disinfect high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops
    • Restock paper products, cleaning materials, and other supplies as needed
    • Assist with special cleaning projects and events as needed

    Work Environment:

    • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day (minimum)
    • Work hours may vary based on facility needs
    • May be required to work during evening or weekend hours for special events or cleaning projects

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to climb stairs and navigate uneven surfaces
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
    • Ability to follow instructions and operate cleaning equipment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Working Conditions:

    • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and supplies
    • May be exposed to dust, dirt, and germs
