    Our growing Real Estate Team is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and customer-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to provide immediate support to our Sales Team. This individual will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our company and our team. This position will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating relationships, setting appointments, and managing leads with the CRM. The individual will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for our Listing and Buyer Specialists. This high-energy individual should possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, enjoy talking with people, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment organizing, managing, and nurturing leads. Real Estate experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries, promptly distributing leads to team members and delivering exceptional customer service • Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads to appointments • Manage the lead database efficiently, ensuring proper organization, recording, and categorization of incoming leads, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date information • Track leads throughout their journey from initial contact to closing, maintaining detailed records and ensuring proactive follow-up • Ensure accountability by holding agents responsible for timely lead follow-ups, offering support to nurture leads effectively, and collaborating with team members to optimize lead conversion strategies • Conduct database follow-up activities with a substantial existing database of 12,000+ cold leads • Proactively engage in cold-calling efforts to reach potential buyers and sellers • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections • Manage ongoing relationships with clients, customers, vendors, and team members • Communicate (verbal, written, and in-person) professionally with clients and vendors and ensure all listing/transaction tasks are completed on time with the highest level of customer service • Send out weekly email reminders of upcoming critical dates, appointments, events, etc • Participate in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored community events Qualifications: • Preferably experienced with CRM systems and databases • Lives in Washington, D.C., or the surrounding area with knowledge of the DMV region • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a friendly and approachable demeanor dedicated to exceptional customer service Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
