    Position Overview :
    Bloom Consulting is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Job Coach to join our team in Colorado. This part-time role involves working one-on-one with individuals in vocational rehabilitation to help them achieve their employment goals. The position includes activities such as job research, resume creation, skill development, and on-site job coaching.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Assist individuals with creating resumes, applying for jobs, and preparing for interviews.
    • Provide personalized job skills training to help individuals succeed in their desired roles.
    • Offer on-site support and coaching during the early stages of employment to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to provide comprehensive support.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes for reporting purposes.

    Qualifications and Requirements :

    • Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling, special education, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience : Prior experience in job coaching, supported employment, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly beneficial.
    • Skills:
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Ability to develop individualized employment plans.
      • Knowledge of local labor markets and employer networks.
      • Understanding of disability rights and accommodations.
    • Background Check : All candidates must pass a comprehensive background check.
    • Compliance : Adherence to Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) guidelines and state regulations is required.

    Details :

    • Location: In-person services in Colorado.
    • Hours: 5-10 hours/week
    • Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience and education.
