Primary Responsibilities
Job File Coordination - monitoring job file status, maintain job file work in progress, and ensure client requirements are followed
Job File Documentation - review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination and perform job file backup
Job File Communication and Reporting - complete and review job file documentation for upload and audit process, and perform job close-out
Invoice/Payments - ensure work in progress and accounts receivables spreadsheets are kept accurate, and maintain filing system for all jobs
Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
Experience with billing, preferred
Experience in service industry environment, preferred
Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
Minimum of HSD/GED
Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours
40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
Flexible to work overtime when required

Competitive pay based on experience
