Compensation:
$50,000-60,000/yr

Responsibilities:
Monitor job file status and job file audit status
Update and maintain program scores above 4.0 or equivalent
High level estimate review for not only programs but non-program jobs as well
Maintain job file WIPs for Program jobs
Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
Review and validate initial field documentation
Create preliminary estimate and ensure it is uploaded correctly and timely
Review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process and complete job close-out
Qualifications:
1+ year of SERVPRO or Job File Coordinator (JFC) experience preferred
Willingness to train others in the SERVPRO way, estimating, and program requirements.
Prior experience with Alacrity and Contractor Connection preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
