    SERVPRO of Lancaster East/Southern Lancaster County/Central Lancaster is hiring for a Job File Coordinator! **this position is full-time, in-person and located in Lititz, PA.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Answer incoming phone calls, capture new loss information, route calls as needed all with an upbeat, positive and sympathetic approach.

    Complete internal job file quality reviews.

    Oversee customer database.

    Prepare estimates and billing invoices

    Perform collection activities such as claim packet or estimate/invoice submittal, as well as calls to adjusters and customers for payment.

    Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence.

    Perform detailed and accurate data entry.

    Assist other departments, as needed

    Position Requirements

    2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience

    Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus

    Experience in service industry environment a plus

    Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills

    Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

    Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Quickbooks)

    Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software

    Minimum of HSD/GED

    Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

    Hours

    40 hours/week with chance of overtime when needed.

    8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

    This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
