Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities
Maintain job files from start to finish for all mitigation and construction jobs.
Experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration industry (smoke, fire, water and mold damage) or insurance industry is preferred but not required.
Ensures documentation and photos are complete for each job.
Monitoring job progression.
Completing both insurance program and corporate job file audits.
Other duties might include responding to customers, insurance adjusters and insurance program phone calls, drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.
Experience and Skill Set
Experience in a clerical/administrative role.
Experience in the restoration industry (preferred but not required).
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
