Home Time:

• Out 12 days, home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend

• **Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour

• **Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
  **

• **Sign-On Bonus: $500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days
  **

• Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date

*  **Average length of haul over 600 miles  

**

*  **Drivers average 2,200+ miles per week**  

Running Areas or Region:

• **OTR covering all 48 states, with the majority of freight being East of I-35
  **

• No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs
