Job Title: Cleaner (CE2) Company: Tidy Turnover Team

Pay: $15/hr --> $16/hr after 90 days Part Time - 3-4 days/week

We are hiring dependable, experienced cleaners to join our growing team. We are a company with very high standards and a low tolerance for inconsistency. We are also growing very fast and looking to promote from within. If you are looking for easy, slow-paced work, this job is not for you.

Job Overview: This role involves cleaning Airbnbs, apartment building common areas, vacant units, and more. It’s a fast-paced position — consistency and hustle are key. This is an entry-level role with the potential to lead to a supervisor and/or trainer position ($18-22/hr)

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS — DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

You are available and willing to work weekends — this is non-negotiable.

You have previous, paid cleaning experience — we are not training from scratch.

Background check is required

Job Responsibilities:

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and shared spaces to a high standard

Strip beds and make them neatly with fresh linens

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean carpets

Use the right tools and products for each job

Help with other cleaning tasks as needed

Skills We’re Looking For:

Fast and efficient cleaner with attention to detail

Knows how to use standard cleaning products and equipment

Can make beds and flip rooms quickly

Takes initiative, communicates clearly, and shows up on time — every time
