Job Title: Wellness Sales Associate & Sauna Attendant Crossover Role
Position: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week) Hours/Schedule: Firm: Mon-Thu (7am – 4pm), Friday 7am-5:15pm
The Wellness Sales & Sauna Associate is a full-time, hybrid position that blends both front-of-house sales responsibilities and back-of-house sauna attendant duties. The role involves working three days in the sales associate role and two days in the sauna attendant position, with flexibility in the distribution of days each week. This position is crucial for providing exceptional customer service, driving membership sales, and maintaining the cleanliness of beem® Light Sauna.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Community Engagement (Front-of-House):
· Serve as a brand ambassador for beem®, promoting memberships and revenue-generating programs.
· Engage with potential clients through in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and text messages to drive sales.
· Establish and maintain B2B relationships, organizing pop-up events and co-marketing efforts.
Customer Experience & Front Desk Operations (Front-of-House):
· Provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest has a 10-star experience.
· Greet members and assist with membership sales, processing, and inquiries.
· Manage CRM data entry (MindBody).
· Oversee front desk operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
· Use social media platforms (LinkedIn & Facebook) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Sauna Attendent & Studio Cleanliness (Back-of-House):
· Maintain a clean, welcoming facility throughout operating hours.
· Ensure the sauna rooms, restrooms, laundry areas, and reception are sanitized, organized, and fully operational.
· Perform sauna room turnover and reset, including dusting, removing fingerprints/streaks from glass, sanitizing all customer contact points, and preparing the light therapy room for the next guest.
· Clean bathrooms, showers, and common areas regularly.
· Organize and manage the towel supply, including folding, tracking, and discarding damaged towels.
· Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness in the backroom.
· Handle daily trash and recycling removal to keep the studio tidy.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Attend staff meetings to stay informed about company updates, promotions, and studio operations.
· Ensure compliance with beem® Business Policies in daily operations.
· Participate in B2B outreach, including phone calls, emails, and texts to coordinate co-marketing opportunities.
· Support events and B2B pop-ups, including some morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Passion for wellness, customer service, and sales.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with CRM systems (MindBody preferred).
· Ability to multitask while maintaining a clean, organized environment.
· Self-motivated and proactive in growing the beem® brand.
