About the role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide a world-class level of customer service to our financial customers. You will establish professional rapport with each customer and ensure service expectations are met. Financial services experience is not required, and we welcome diverse associates from various backgrounds. Strong problem-solving abilities, computer skills, and the necessary interpersonal skills to be successful in a phone environment are strongly recommended.
Phone Skills Required:
Connect people with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through a consultative conversation via the phone
Take ownership of customer requests by understanding their unique situations
Actively listen to understand the underlying needs of customers
Understand and position appropriate solutions based on customer needs
