We are looking for enthusiastic individuals from all walks of life to become Warehouse Workers and Warehouse Associates.

Job Details:

• Warehouse Workers: Earn between $23.50 and $26.00 per hour based on shift
• Warehouse Associates: Earn between $21.20 and $23.70 per hour based on shift
• Includes hourly rate plus shift differential pay or key premium pay
• Opportunity for wage increases every 6 months for 36 months

Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and customers
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise
• Work quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Job duties may change based on business needs

Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry merchandise of various weights throughout a shift
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Able to use basic math skills and read labels and product documentation accurately
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:

• Warehouse Workers only: Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely
• Food Distribution Center only: Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments
