Warehouse Worker Position: Wage of $23.10 to $25.10/hour based on shift
*Hourly rate includes shift differential pay or key premium pay.

What does a role as a Warehouse Worker look like?

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and customers
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise
• Work safely, efficiently, and handle inventory
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Complete job tasks accurately and on time
• Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Job requirements:

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift
• Comfortable with standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal training
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely
• Able to work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency

Food Distribution Center only:

• Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer
