Wages: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour (shift differential pay included)

Job Description:

• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Participate in safety trainings
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise
• Handle freight and move inventory efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete job tasks accurately and on time
• Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team

Job Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift
• Physically able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Possess basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Ability to read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
• Comfortable operating computer systems or handheld devices
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in understanding, speaking, and reading English
