** What You Will Do :**
Under the supervision of a manager and following established policies and procedures, you will be responsible for various tasks related to handling overpayments made to UAHSF MSO. This includes accurately and timely processing overpayment requests, managing credit balances, resubmitting claims, communicating with third-party payers, and reporting issues to management. You may also be assigned other duties by your supervisor.
** What You Will Need :**
A high school diploma or equivalent
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Two years of related experience and general knowledge of payer-specific or medical billing.
** What Would Be Nice To Have :**
Previous experience in managing credit balance accounts and processing patient and insurance overpayments
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9/10 coding
