A role with Target Printing Services means leveraging digital, social, and email platforms to deliver creative and cohesive promotional messages. As a member of Printing Services, you will help our customers get the most value out of their Target runs.

As a Label Strip Hunkeler Operator, your primary function will be to set up and operate roll-feed perf and cutting equipment. You will be responsible for achieving production rates, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring operational, safety, and quality procedures are followed. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and make simple repairs as necessary and provide training to other team members as requested.

Core responsibilities of this job include:

• Being the expert on your machine to ensure quality production.
• Loading of printed rolls.
• Setup of machine, including perf units and cutters.
• Maintenance of machine.
• Operating and quality checking.
• Troubleshooting of machine.
• Training and assisting others on the machine if required.
• Placing service calls on the machine and working with technicians on solutions.
• Assisting with other duties as requested.

About you:

• High school diploma.
• Able to perform with minimal supervision.
• Able to read, understand, and follow job instructions.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
• Previous experience operating and knowledge of Hunkeler preferred.
