Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $23.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time
Schedules:
- Schedule A1 : Requires working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
- Schedule A2 : Requires working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
- Schedule B : Requires working both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks. When scheduled to work on Saturday and Sunday, 2 consecutive weekdays will be scheduled off. Schedule B is a three-week rotating schedule.
- Schedule C : Requires working both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. When scheduled to work on Saturday and Sunday, 2 weekdays will be scheduled off. Schedule C is a four-week rotating schedule.
- Schedule D : Requires working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders
- Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation
- Work independently within delegated responsibilities
- Assist warehouse management in achieving goals
- Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently
- Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines
- Report product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues to management
- Perform other assigned duties
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Excellent communication skills

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting of products up to 45 pounds at various heights
- Frequent movement of merchandise and preparation for deliveries
- Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking throughout the warehouse
- Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
