About the Position This position supports clinical teams by coordinating various clinical functions, allowing them to focus on their direct interactions with patients. Responsibilities include receiving and rooming patients, completing paperwork such as pre-visit planning and authorizations, managing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in clinical areas. Strong organizational skills, good communication, and efficient computer usage are essential. The role requires a commitment to quality and excellence in service. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements - Must be 18 years old. - High School Diploma/GED preferred. - Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification is necessary from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. If not currently certified, it will be included in the orientation program. Working Conditions and Benefits - Nonexempt position. - Compensation ranges from $16.78 to $22.33 per hour. - Full-time schedule with 64 hours per pay period. - Schedule may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training in different areas of the clinic, including Primary Care Today, may be required. - Eligible for benefits.
