What We Offer:

• Starting wages: $21.25/hr* for Warehouse Workers (Nights/Overnights Weekday Shifts) and $22.25/hr* for twelve-hour weekend shifts.
• Starting wages: $18.50/hr* for Warehouse Associates (Nights/Overnights Weekday Shifts) and $19.50/hr* for twelve-hour weekend shifts.
• Opportunity for wage increases approximately every 6 months for 3 years.
• *Hourly rate includes shift differential pay or key premium pay.

Your Role in Warehouse Operations:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for everyone.
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise.
• Safely handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently or in a team.

Job Requirements for Warehouse Worker & Warehouse Associate:

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working alone or with a team.
• Able to use basic math skills and read labels and product documentation accurately.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must have sufficient proficiency in English to follow safety policies, trainings, and instructions.

Additional Job Requirements:

Warehouse Worker only:

• Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklift).
• Work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine.

Food Distribution Center only:

• Able to work in temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerator and freezer.
