    Your Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism
    • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and understanding their needs
    • Treat confidential customer information with sensitivity and discretion
    • Proactively resolve issues on the first call whenever possible
    • Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
    • Must be over 18 years old
    • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Comfortable using a desktop computer
    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    What We Prefer

    • 6 months of experience in a call center
    • Logical problem-solving skills
    • Availability to work various shifts
    • Proficient in using Windows operating systems
    • Strong organization and prioritization skills
