• Exhibit a professionalism that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.
• Forecast and present business performance metrics.
• Establish goals, and lead department to consistently achieve goals.
• Empower employees to achieve maximum performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive automotive dealership management experience with strong cognitive knowledge of sales/finance and service operations.
• Possess proven leadership skills to train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of automotive CRM systems.
• Professional appearance, verbal and written communication skills, customer focused, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Expertise in developing relationships.
