    Responsibilities

    Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities

    Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends

    Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information

    Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles

    Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

    Meet with distressed and/or motivated sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash and identify any hidden or additional needs involved with the decision

    Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM

    Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task

    Long-term, consistent follow-up with sales prospects

    Qualifications

    2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience

    High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred

    Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills

    A consistent top performer in sales

    Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

    Working laptop or personal computer

    Smartphone with cellular data plan
