DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will not climb on roofs or crawl under buildings. You simply conduct a walk-through inspection of the property. You will take some pictures of the damage and fill out about 15 minutes worth of paper work.

Locations: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland (I CANNOT HIRE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN NY, DE CT)

Our company takes the anxiety out of settling a Property Owner's insurance claim. Serving as the negotiator between the property owner and the insurance company. Public Adjusters in the State of New Jersey are licensed by the New Jersey State Department of Banking and Insurance.

Serving as the negotiator between the property owner and the insurance company, Metro Public Adjustment, Inc. can make the difference between the minimum amount that the insurance company offers and the maximum amount that the property owner is entitled. in this position you will initiate the claims process only, and not do the negotiating- that is assigned to a highly trained technical "field adjuster".
