Joey's Balloon Company (JBC) is looking for creative and outgoing individuals who are interested in learning the exciting and interesting skill of Balloon Twisting! We have consistent weekly work entertaining kids and families in restaurants as well as seasonal work for private events sucha as birthday parties, school festivals, and community events. WE'RE LOOKING FOR: -Outgoing, friendly personalities -Positive mindsets -Curious creatives -Those willing to learn a fun, useful skill that can be used over the course of a lifetime. WHERE: JBC does not have any physical locations. We are hired by restaurants, families, schools, communities, and corporations in the metro Atlanta area to perform Balloon Twisting on-site at local events. We connect balloon twisters to work in the nearby surrounding area. WHEN: Most of our work occurs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for about 4 hours per shift. TRAINING: We offer free trainings with our trainers and video tutorials to hone your skills. After you pass our skills test (take as many tries as you need), you'll be ready to start earning tips in restaurants and hourly pay at private events. As a balloon twister, you are able to determine your own schedule and work whenever you're available. We ask that you fill at least (2) restaurant shifts per week in addition to as many private events as you'd like. PAY: Restaurant Pay is similar to being a restaurant server. In GA, you will earn $2.13/hour plus tips. Balloon Twisters keep 100% of individual tips earned. Balloon Twisters are not required to split tips with other balloon artists or Joey's Balloon Company. Although most of our balloon twisters average $15 - $45 per hour in tips, we guarantee at least $10/hr for fully trained balloon twisters.
