Job Description

We are looking for a Preschool Teacher to join our team. The Preschool Teacher is responsible for classroom management, curriculum design, implementation and documentation, developing and maintaining relationships with families, and working collaboratively with fellow teachers and administration to ensure the continued excellence in early childhood education at John Winthrop School.

The right candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be warm, enthusiastic, and energetic. They will also have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• EEC Preschool Teacher/Lead Teacher-certified
• A minimum of two years teaching experience in a child care setting
• Meet MA state background check requirements
• Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus

Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
