John's Appliance and Bedding / Hinton Properties seeks a full-time maintenance professional to perform various handyman tasks at its four Daytona-area store locations (New Smyrna, Palm Coast, Orange City & South Daytona) as well as various residential and commercial properties in the area as needed.

Individual will also occasionally interact with customers to address damage incurred during delivery (i.e. scratches on doors / floors, minor plumbing repair, dry wall repair, etc.) Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Candidate should be well versed in performing a wide array of repairs, including electrical and plumbing work. Candidate must have valid driver's license and be in good physical condition. Position is full time and available immediately. We are looking for "Mr. Fix It" who can handle most maintenance issues thrown at him/her. Job duties might include: Installing light fixtures, fixing leaks, pressure washing, painting, replacing plumbing fixtures, assembling displays, etc.
