Responsibilities: • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process. • Prospect for new leads to promote new business. • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes. • A consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline. • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales. Qualifications: • Be a team player! • Have a positive mindset! • Have a growth mindset. • Outstanding customer service skills are a must. • Must be tech-savvy. • Have a track record of success in a previous job or role. • Have an Ohio Real Estate sales license or be actively working to acquire one.Adding a cover page will increase your chances of consideration. Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
