    Job Summary

    We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! You’ll play a vital role in helping youth, adults, and families achieve their goals through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform intake assessments and diagnose psychological disorders

    Provide individual, group, and family therapy

    Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client

    Use evidence-based approaches to guide therapy sessions

    Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation

    Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care

    Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

    Qualifications:

    ✅ Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field ✅ Current, unrestricted license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) ✅ Previous experience working as a mental health therapist or clinical social worker is a plus ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented
