    What You’ll Do:

    As a Hospice RN, you’ll provide expert, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s needs. Collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team, you’ll guide patients and families through their journey with dignity and respect.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Specialized Care : Deliver compassionate care to hospice patients, focusing on their comfort and well-being.
    • Create Individualized Care Plans : Develop and implement care plans that honor the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
    • Administer Medications and Treatments : Follow physician orders to manage symptoms and ease discomfort.
    • Symptom Management : Address pain, anxiety, nausea, and other symptoms, ensuring a high quality of life.
    • Educate and Empower Families : Guide families through end-of-life care, advance directives, and coping strategies.
    • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Partner with social workers, chaplains, and team members to create a comprehensive support network.
    • Offer Emotional Support : Be there for patients and families with empathy and understanding.
    • Participate in Team Meetings : Share insights and updates in interdisciplinary meetings, fostering coordinated care.
    • On-Call Rotation : Participate as needed to ensure patients have 24/7 support.

    What You Bring:

    • Current RN License : Valid and in good standing.
    • Experience : At least 1 year in hospice or palliative care preferred.
    • Compassionate Communication : Ability to provide comfort and clear guidance to patients and families.
    • Team-Oriented Mindset : Willingness to work in a collaborative, supportive environment.
    • Strong Critical Thinking : Excellent assessment skills and adaptability in care planning.
    • MUST speak and understand Spanish

    Education & Qualifications:

    • Degree in Nursing : Associate’s or Bachelor’s from an accredited institution.
    • Current RN License
    • CPR
    • Current TB test
    • Reliable vehicle and auto insurance
    • Knowledge of Hospice Regulations Preferred : Familiarity with hospice care standards and best practices.
