Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License or be in the process of getting one • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills • Pleasant and trustworthy • MS Office/Google familiarity Compensation: $75,000 - $165,000 yearly
