Competitive Pay: Start at $16/hour with a performance-based review at 90 days to increase to $17/hour, and annual reviews to grow to $18/hour and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain 40-45 pools weekly (8-10 pools daily), spending 30-45 minutes per pool.

Drive around the city to service pools, managing your schedule effectively.

Test water chemistry using kits and balance chemicals as needed.

Perform hands-on cleaning: scooping, vacuuming, and brushing pools to perfection.

Send a detailed service report to customers after each visit.
