We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and loving Infant Lead Teacher to join our family. Bring your skills, enthusiasm, and dedication, and let’s shape the future together—one little learner at a time!

What You’ll Do:

Lead with passion: Guide, inspire, and nurture infants and toddlers in a safe and engaging classroom.

Develop creative lessons: Spark curiosity and foster developmental milestones through play, exploration, and hands-on activities.

Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with fellow teachers to create an exciting and cohesive classroom experience.

Build connections: Develop strong, positive relationships with children and their families to create a supportive community.

Stay organized: Maintain daily records, lesson plans, and observations to track each child’s progress.

Experience in early childhood education and knowledge of infant/toddler development.

Qualifications:

CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor's preferred)

GREEN Life is committed to your growth and success! If you complete your CDA Certification within 90 days of employment, we will cover the full cost of your CDA certification, empowering you to advance your career while making a difference in the lives of our little learners.

At least 1 year of experience working with infants/toddlers

CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
