Position: Sales Representative

Job Type: Part-Time (3 days/week) with potential for Full-Time Pay: $25/hour + commissions and bonuses Location: Multiple locations, occasional remote work, office meetings, and training

Primary Responsibilities

Promote Services: Present and promote HomeWell Care Services to prospective clients.

Build Relationships: Visit nursing homes, rehab centers, client homes, and social events to establish connections.

Generate Leads: Collect high-potential data in assigned territories and perform in-home assessments.

Collaborate: Participate in ongoing training and maintain teamwork while excelling independently.

Requirements

Experience:

1-2 years in sales (home care field is a plus)

Customer Service: 1 year preferred

Outside sales and marketing: 1 year preferred

Education: High school diploma; some colleges prefer it but do not require it.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Confidence in new surroundings

Self-discipline with a competitive edge

Team-player mindset with a self-motivated attitude

Integrity and a positive personality with a sales-oriented mindset

Other: Must be legally permitted to work in the US.
