Let’s build your future together! 🚀 Responsibilities: • Client Consultation: Understand buyers' needs, preferences, and budget to help them find the perfect home. • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct home tours, providing insights and guidance on each property. • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, inventory, and pricing to educate and advise clients effectively. • Negotiation & Contracts: Write and submit offers, negotiate terms, and ensure all contract details align with the buyer’s best interests. • Lead Follow-Up: Nurture relationships with potential buyers, maintaining consistent communication and follow-up. • Team Collaboration: Leverage team resources, support, and training to enhance client service and close more deals. Qualifications: • A people person • Active Utah Real Estate License in good standing Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly
