Jones Mandel, a Democratic political research firm, is seeking to fill summer research fellowship positions in our office in Alexandria, Virginia. Fellows will gain valuable experience working for political campaigns and issue-based groups. Our clients range from statewide political candidates, companies, and issue groups. The work will include analyzing information to help inform our clients' strategy and meet their goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to work collaboratively and independently 
• Commitment to helping Democratic candidates, progressive companies, and issue organizations
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Previous campaign experience is a plus, but not required!

FELLOWSHIP DETAILS:

• Hours: 20 to 40 hours a week
• Hourly rate: $10/hour
• The fellowship runs three months and ends in August with the possibility of an extension either as a fellow through the fall or as a full time staff until November 2020
