We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Automotive Technician who excels in both technical repair work and customer service. In this role, you will diagnose complex vehicle issues and provide clear, non-technical explanations to customers. Your expertise will help ensure that every vehicle is repaired to the highest standard, promoting safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Excellence: Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues in vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, and electrical components.

• Precision Repairs: Execute repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency, adhering to strict industry standards.

• Clear Communication: Provide accurate labor estimates and explain repair needs in an understandable manner to customers and service advisors.

• Vehicle Inspection: Test and document vehicle performance post-repair to confirm quality standards are met.

• Ongoing Education: Stay informed about the latest automotive repair techniques through continuous training and certification programs.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth and effective repair process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.

• Valid driver’s license with strong diagnostic and repair skills.

• Preferred certifications include ASE and a valid Journeyman Card.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
