Journeyman Ironworker – Hiring Now | Must Be Willing to Travel

About Us:

Triple Tech Welding is a structural steel welding and erection company based in New Braunfels, TX. We specialize in commercial steel erection, joists, decking, and PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings). We are looking for experienced Journeyman Ironworkers to join our team for upcoming projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Erect and install structural steel, joists, and decking.

Read and interpret blueprints and erection drawings (Required).

Rig, hoist, and connect steel components at various heights.

Lay and secure metal decking with proper fastening methods.

Ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards and company policies.

Assist in the assembly and installation of PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings) structures (Preferred).

Travel to job sites as required.

Requirements:

✅ Must have extensive experience with joist hanging, laying decking, and steel erection. ✅ Blueprint reading experience required. ✅ Must be willing to travel (out-of-town jobs as needed). ✅ Valid ID & reliable transportation to job sites. ✅ Experience with rigging, bolting-up, welding, and connecting. ✅ Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions. ✅ Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements. ✅ Experience with commercial PEMB construction is a plus.
