Wall Panel Framing Team – Now Hiring Influx Building Technologies – Field Framing Division

Overview: Influx Building Technologies is a next-generation offsite construction company specializing in panelized structural systems for large commercial projects. We are growing our field team and seeking motivated, skilled, and reliable framers to assemble pre-panelized walls and structural components on-site with precision and speed.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

    (2) Journeyman-Level Carpenters/Framers

What Makes This Different: Unlike traditional stick framing, our systems arrive pre-cut or panelized from the shop, dramatically reducing on-site layout and cutting. You’ll work with an efficient team to install full wall panels using modern equipment and proprietary methods that eliminate many of the inefficiencies of conventional framing.

    Responsibilities (All Roles):

Assemble and install wall panels, structural frames, and other prefabricated components according to project drawings and instructions

Use power tools, hand tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently

Ensure alignment, level, and plumb of components

Follow daily task checklists and site safety protocols

Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

    Additional for Journeyman Carpenters:

Interpret construction documents and lead crew-level tasks

Mentor apprentices and laborers on best practices

Provide feedback to improve field processes and efficiencies

    Qualifications:

Commercial framing or carpentry experience preferred (required for journeyman roles)

Familiarity with reading drawings and using power tools (apprentices/journeymen)

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Ability to lift and move materials and panels (50–100 lbs as needed)

    OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

    Why Join Influx:

Work with a forward-thinking team disrupting how buildings are built

Consistent hours and opportunity for advancement

    On-the-job training and skills development

Be part of a company that values your input, safety, and growth
