We are expanding our workforce, business is great! The Westlake Group is seeking Journeyman and Master Service Plumbers for our Little Rock metro locations. If you’re a Journeyman or Master service plumber who can provide our clients with expert installations, service, repair, and replacement of plumbing systems, fixtures, and components, we want to meet with you. We are seeking highly skilled plumbers that perform duties with integrity, craftmanship, and ethics that we can add to our team. JOB DUTIES
Diagnose water heating, plumbing, sewer and fixture problems with accuracy and efficiency, suggesting corrective course of action.
Repair and install all plumbing related components.
Test each aspect of the job before leaving the location to make sure everything is working properly. Ensure the job was indeed completed correctly to eliminate unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
Explain each service performed to the client, each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensure the client is 100% satisfied with all work.
Collect payment for services while on site.
Utilize PO numbers for any materials picked up at suppliers and provide cost before and after taxes, to ensure accuracy in billing.
Turn in all parts receipts/packing slips and have corresponding job numbers written on them.
Service plumbers should utilize straight forward pricing on each call out, to ensure job costing and margins are met.
Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area, while performing a repair or scheduled service. Always treat client's home with utmost respect and care.
Always maintain cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles and ensure all preventive vehicle maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean & professional image and a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
Senior level plumbers may be asked to mentor apprentice plumbers. They will teach correct skills, project operations and safety practices.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure work site and fellow workers follow safety protocols and OSHA standards.
May be required to provide emergency services, if on call.
Required to achieve monthly and yearly revenue goals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 4+ years of experience and a complete knowledge of plumbing systems, project process, operations, and gas systems.
Ability to work independently and take the lead on assigned projects.
Journeyman & Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck. This will require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Applicants must be able to provide a plumbing license for the State of Arkansas or be able to transfer current licensing to the State of Arkansas.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Drug screens can be requested at any time while employed.
GED or Highschool Diploma.
Have high-level writing & oral communication skills and detail minded reporting.
Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly, access small and confined spaces of attics, crawlspaces and mechanical areas, that require crawling and climbing.
Active cellular device.

Time compensation includes salary, hourly, overtime pay as well as possible commission.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year D.O.E.
