    Job Title:Journeyman Plumber - Spokane Valley, WA

    Are you a highly skilled Journeyman Plumber looking to join a reputable and well-established HVAC & Plumbing company in a management role? We're partnering with a top Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing Company to find an experienced plumber to lead an AMAZING team in Spokane Valley.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for not only installing, maintaining, and repairing water and gas supply lines, but also bidding and managing commercial and residential projects.     • Competitive hourly pay: $40-$55/hour (DOE), plus performance bonus.

    Responsibilities for the Journeyman Plumber:

    • Install, maintain, and repair water and gas supply lines.

    • Lead & Mentor a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high quality work

    • Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.

    • Maintain the flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases.

    • Work on heating and cooling systems as needed.

    • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.

    • Bid and manage commercial and residential projects

    • Diagnose and resolve plumbing problems efficiently.

    • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.

    Qualifications for the Journeyman Plumber:

    • 4+ years of residential plumbing experience.

    • 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience

    • Washington and/or Idaho journeyman plumber license - both a PLUS.

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    • Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
