Responsibilities: Junior Financial Advisor Tasks : • Conducting detailed client consultations to grasp their financial situations and objectives effectively. • Assisting in executing financial plans and monitoring their progression. • Educating clients on various investment options and potential risks to empower them in making well-informed decisions. • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups. • Collaborating with senior financial planners and professionals to elevate service delivery standards. • Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in financial planning. Qualifications: Position Qualifications: Financial Services ProfessionalEducation : A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in a related field (such as business or finance) is necessary. • Experience : A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial, retirement, or estate planning services is required. • Licenses : Not required upon application. Successful applicants will need to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66, Life and Health licenses.
