GRO, a full-service digital marketing and creative agency with offices in Detroit, Nashville, and Tuscaloosa, is seeking a Jr. Integrations Specialist to join our Michigan team.
The Jr. Integrations Specialist will play an integral role in ensuring marketing integration operations run smoothly. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with an eagerness to learn. In this role, you will support the marketing integrations team in identifying and solving problems within integrated marketing platforms.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain event tracking for client websites and conversion reporting through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Maintain call tracking services and identify problems/provide strategic solutions
- Use learnings from problems identified to mitigate future issues
- Assist with conversion reporting dashboards and running audits on irregular activity identified in the weekly integrations report
- Assist in monitoring and reporting critical issues that are identified through regular communication with the Marketing Integration team and analyzing changes in analytics
- Assist in building reports in our client reporting software (TapClicks)
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients including:
- Asset collection and verification to integrate the required mechanisms defined by the scope of services for the client
- Provide support for various tasks related to the responsibilities of the integrations department
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience which could include creating and managing paid search and display
- Basic knowledge of marketing integration concepts and tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, content management systems)
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, programmatic)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Leverage available resources to pursue solutions to problems
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Previous internship or experience in digital marketing is a plus
