What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated Legal Assistant / Jr. Paralegal to join our fast-growing, dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in employment law litigation and class actions, and we’re eager to find someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting legal professionals.

Responsibilities:
Corresponding with New Leads: Communicate effectively with prospective clients and guide them through the intake process.
Discovery Tasks: Propound and respond to discovery requests, draft discovery motions, and assist with document production.
Case Management: Organize and maintain case documents, ensuring all relevant information is accurately filed and up to date.
Drafting Correspondences: Draft legal correspondence and documents as needed.
Administrative Support: Assist with trial prep, calendar hearings, manage deadlines, and perform other tasks as assigned by attorneys.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: MUST HAVE at least 2-3 years of experience with Discovery, preferably in employment law or class actions.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software.
Knowledge: Familiarity with State and Federal filing rules and procedures.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.
Certifications: Paralegal certificate required.
Bilingual (Spanish): Preferred
