** SCHEDULE:**
New hires are required to work in the office Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Once fully trained, the supervisor will transition the new hire to a hybrid schedule, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
** JOB SUMMARY:**
****Responsible for processing all incoming orders on a daily basis. Ensuring complete accuracy on all orders and liaising internally with sales & production team, daily.
******ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
- Processing all incoming customer Purchase Orders from all retailers, ensuring complete accuracy throughout, including but not limited to details, such as item codes, product descriptions, quantities, pricing, shipping/delivery dates, and pre-pack info.
- Following in-house processes to submit orders to production teams via Asana
- Maintain partner and buyer WIPs and update daily, utilizing but not limited to google sheets.
- Work closely with and effectively communicating with all Retail Sales Account Managers and Production team members.
- Liaising with external accounts to obtain corrected purchase orders, working alongside the Sales Account Managers to always ensure clear and concise communication.
** JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Proven accurate data entry & excellent administration skills
- Proven ability to spot errors, identify queries and assist with problem solving.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft 365, specifically high level proficiency in Excel is critical
- Has worked as part of a team, and has proven abilities in learning new processes.
- Working knowledge of Asana, preferred.
- Basic accountancy knowledge, preferred
- Understanding of web-based applications such as google drive, preferred.
- Team Player – positive can-do attitude, with exceptional follow-up and follow-through
- Adaptable – Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Cool under pressure – able to work within strict deadlines
- Organized – Prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
- Self-reliant – Monitor your own work to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and quality.
- Must be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are very detail oriented.
- Ability to work with multiple departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing)
- 3+ years’ work experience in B2B preferred
- Familiarity or ability to learn multiple platforms will be required.
- Able to respond to and accept analysis and judgement of work in order to learn and complete tasks as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to talk or hear in order to give and receive information and instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to use computer keyboard up to 80% of the day.
- Visual acuity, ability to adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other computer equipment.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
