Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of client accounts
Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
Help prepare project briefs, reports, and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Track project progress and resolve any client concerns
Conduct market and competitor research as needed
Maintain organized records of client communications and project documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
