Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day client accounts and communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions
Collaborate with senior account representatives to support account growth
Prepare and present reports on account status and performance
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Help with the development and execution of client strategies and initiatives
Track and manage client deliverables and deadlines
