    Junior Accountant Job Summary

    Clarence Capital Partners, located in Delray Beach, Florida, is seeking a focused, smart, and industrious junior accountant to join our growing team.

    We are a real asset investment firm with a focus on active investment and management across the energy, power, and infrastructure markets in the U.S. and Europe.

    As a junior accountant, you’ll provide vital support to the Controller to help streamline the company's financial processes, as well as support managers across teams.     Junior Accountant Duties and Responsibilities

    · Maintain accurate ledger; record and document company financial transactions

    · Oversee bank reconciliations and balance financial records

    · Update vendor information and maintain accurate records

    · Keep updated budgets and handle invoices and accounts payable for certain entities

    · Prepare and present regular reports about company finances

    · Review data to ensure that proper procedures are being followed

    · Identify and report any financial discrepancies or irregularities

    · Utilize GL system to maintain up-to-date recordkeeping of financial information

    · Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters

    · Various other ad hoc projects, as needed

    Junior Accountant Requirements and Qualifications

    · Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in accounting, finance, or business

    · At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance

    · Professional accreditation (CPA or CMA) a plus

    · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably QuickBooks

    · Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to company accounts

    · Keen attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate work to the highest standards of accountancy

    · Able to complete work to deadlines with little direct supervision

    · Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

    · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize

    · Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    · Excellent communication skills

    · Reliably commute to Delray Beach, FL
