    We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with good judgment and strong problem-solving skills who thrives on structure and processes to work in our Columbus-based offices.     Job Description:

    • Representing and advising clients in estate planning, trust, probate, and guardianship matters.
    • Performing Case Analyses in estate planning, trust, probate, and guardianship matters.
    • Preparing and reviewing documents in estate planning, trust, probate, and guardianship matters.
    • Conducting client signing meetings.
    • Appearing in court on probate matters.
    • Overseeing the case management of assigned matters.

    Qualifications:

    1. 0-1 year of experience as a licensed attorney in Ohio; will consider a candidate who is waiting on their bar admissions results (Please include your bar admissions status in your cover letter.)
    2. No attorney disciplinary record
    3. A fast learner
    4. Good at handling crucial conversations with clients, employees, and others
    5. Excellent writing and editing skills
    6. Computer literate
    7. Strong attention to detail
    8. Ability to manage deadlines
    9. On time to work
    10. Demonstrated professional demeanor

    Compensation/benefits/hours:

    • $75,460 annual salary

    • Full-time hours
