    What We’re Looking For:

    We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-5 years of experience in employment law litigation and class actions. As a Junior Associate, you will have direct, hands-on experience working on complex, high-profile cases from inception to trial. You will collaborate closely with senior attorneys on all aspects of case management, including discovery, motions, court appearances, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    Handle complex employment law and class action cases from start to finish, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.

    Draft and manage case management statements, stipulations, and discovery responses.

    Participate in law and motion practice, including drafting motions, oppositions, and replies.

    Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.

    Work with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in all phases of litigation.

    Collaborate with litigation teams, providing essential support in day-to-day case management.
